Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Amplify Media.

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement

By using amplifymedia.live or engaging Amplify Media for a campaign, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Our service

Amplify Media converts long-form content into short-form clips and distributes them through a network of independent creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. Reach, views and engagement depend on content quality and platform behaviour and are not guaranteed.

Results and performance

Any figures we share — including view counts, reach, engagement, creator payouts, or the outputs of our campaign calculator — are good-faith estimates based on past campaigns, not guarantees. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific or exact number of views, and actual results may land above, at, or below any estimate.

Performance depends largely on factors outside our control, including the quality and appeal of your source content, the creativity and individual performance of each clip, platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviour. What we control is curation and moderation: we vet our clipper network, review submissions against your brief, and work to approve only high-quality clips from our best-performing creators. We hold a high approval-quality standard and take this seriously, but moderation is a human process and, on occasion, a clip may be approved or rejected in error. We accept no liability for variance in outcomes arising from these factors.

Creators

Creators in our network are independent and responsible for complying with each platform's rules. Clips must use approved assets and follow the campaign brief.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to artificially manipulate metrics outside agreed campaign activity.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplify Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes driven by third-party platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
